I’ve worked throughout the audio industry, mostly at the intersection of community, culture, and content — my happy place. I thrive on hard work, creative ambition, and thinking big about audio’s potential to be informative, impactful, and as a vibrant art form.
Currently: I’m working on a few projects, open to new opportunities, and very, very excited about Audio Flux, a new platform for innovative, short-from audio work, which I co-founded in 2023.
To date, Audio Flux has inspired 227 original fluxworks from around the world, and has been presented live at the IMI Fest, On Air Festival, Tribeca Audio, and the Resonate Podcast Festival. This summer we’ll take the stage at the Sound Scene Festival (June 1, at the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Muesum in Washington, D.C.)
Previously: I’ve worked with audio organizations, companies, institutions, shows and podcast networks around the world:
Executive Producer and Story Editor at Canadaland (A Field Guide to Gay Animals, The Copernic Affair, The Worst Podcast)
Vice President of Editorial, PRX and Radiotopia
Executive Producer (Ear Hustle, Over the Road, Radiotopia Presents)
Executive Producer of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s Creative Audio Unit (Soundproof, Radiotonic)
Co-founder and artistic director of the Third Coast International Audio Festival.
Worked for / with the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University, Storylines America, and independent record stores all over the place.
Accolades: I’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with amazing teams on projects that have received widespread recogntion.
